We understand how challenging it can be to get back into exercise after having children and it can be quite daunting to start with. A lot changes after becoming a mum, so it’s important to ease your way back into it and work on creating healthy habits. We have put together this 28 Day Beginners Challenge to help new mums kick start their health and fitness journey.
We know that being a mum often means putting everyone else’s needs first before our own. So it’s time to give back something to yourself and kick start a healthy change in your life! You deserve this, and it not only benefits you, it also benefits your entire family. Regain motivation, confidence, energy and start feeling good about yourself again. Then sure enough your positive, healthy new self will be infectious to others around you (especially your children)!
We will be there to guide and support you throughout the 28 days. You will be working closely with your trainer and other like-minded mums to reach your health and fitness goals.
