Here we provide you with the opportunity to step outside your comfort zone and unlock your full potential. During the transformation challenges, we work closely with just a small group of mums so we can provide you with tailored guidance and support to achieve amazing results. We are with you every step of the way and we leave no stone unturned in the pursuit of your goals.

We run transformation challenges 3-4 times a year and each are focused on a specific fitness event. Fitness events vary and depends on what’s on offer around our area. Previous events that we’ve done in challenges include marathons, triathlons, stair challenges, and obstacle events such as Tough Mudder. Over 6-8 weeks, we take you through body composition testing, private challenge sessions, nutrition coaching, exercise and nutrition challenges, and then finish by completing the fitness event. Oh and we can’t forget a night out after the challenge to celebrate your hard work and successes!
