10 Tips To Get You Summer Body Ready!

With the weather we’ve been getting lately, it seems like summer is already here! But don’t worry, it’s never too late to start improving your summer body. Here are 10 tips to help you:

#1: GET STARTED! If you haven’t already, it’s time to start your exercise regime. Stop putting it off and get started TODAY!

#2: Set specific and measurable goals that you are determined to achieve.

#3: Exercise at least 3 times per week (ideally 4-5 times).

#4: Train like you want results, no slacking!

#5: Consistency is the key! You need to be consistent week in and week out to see results.

#6: Cut out the junk food and eat more vegetables.

#7: Make sure you eat protein and a small amount of good fats with every meal as that will help you feel fuller for longer.

#8: Be stronger than your excuses.

#9: Choose the right swimwear or bikini that suits your body type. Always go for something that you are comfortable in and feel good in.

#10: Lift weights – that’s how you’re going to get the toned body you’re after.
