5 Easy Ways To Give Your Body A Spring Clean

Yay, spring is here and the warmer weather is on its way! It’s the perfect time for a spring clean, not just for your house but also your health. Here are 5 easy ways to detox your body and get a fresh start to this new season.
#1: Do a juice cleanse.
Give your body a bit of a break and allow it to replenish and recharge. Juices provide your body with essential vitamins and minerals as well as the all-important phytonutrients that are powerhouses for the clean-up and healing process. Make sure your juices are mostly vegetable based.
#2: Drink lots of water.
Water is essential to help flush out toxins from the body. You may have found it hard to keep up with your water intake during the colder months but it should get a little bit easier as the weather warms up. Aim to drink at least 2 litres of water per day.
We all know exercising has a myriad of health benefits and helping the body detox is one of them. Exercise helps the body’s detox organs to function optimally simply by getting them going. Start by finding an exercise regime that you enjoy to help keep you motivated to doing it regularly!

Even if it’s just for a short time each day, give yourself that mental break from life’s daily stresses.
