If you want to achieve success in your life, read on for our four step formula to success. We’ve helped hundreds of mums achieve their health and fitness goals, and this is the process we take them through. This is not limited to just health and fitness goals, you can apply this to all areas of your life.

Step 1: Set goals.

Get a pen and paper and write them down! Use the S.M.A.R.T principle to help you get crystal clear on exactly what you want to achieve.

S – specific
M – measurable
A – achievable
R – realistic
T – time based

Step 2: Know your why.

Get that pen and paper again and ask yourself – why is it so important to me to achieve my goals? Dig deep and write down all the reasons that are driving you to achieve your goals. The stronger your reasons, the better chance you have at making it happen. No doubt you will go through times where you feel like quitting, obstacles get in your way and it all seems too hard. These are the moments you need to go back to your reasons why, and that will help you to keep on going, instead of making excuses and throwing in the towel.

Step 3: Take massive and immediate action.

Stop waiting for the perfect time to start, because it is never going to come! As a mum, you are never going to get the perfect run where you can 100% commit to your goals and nothing ever goes wrong. The unexpected will (and does) always happen. Take some kind of action towards your goals right now!

Step 4: Regularly evaluate how you’re going

Is the action your taking moving you towards your goals? If it is, then fantastic, keep going! But if it’s not, then try something different, change things up, get professional advice if necessary.
