Our Top 3 Tips To Get You Eating Healthy and Sticking To It!

Eating healthy can often be easier said than done. A lot of us know what foods are healthy and we know what foods we are supposed to eat, but putting it into action and more importantly sticking to it, is the hard part. So here’s our top 3 tips to get you eating healthy and sticking to it!

Keep a food diary

Writing down and tracking your food through a food diary is a really good way to become aware of exactly what you’re eating, how much you’re eating, and when you’re eating. You can look back and see what your eating habits are and what changes you might need to make. It can even deter you from eating something that isn’t a part of your eating plan, simply because you know you have to write it down in your diary! Be accountable

Show your food diary to someone else like your trainer or your nutrition coach, or even just a friend. Knowing that somebody else other than yourself will be looking at your food diary can help keep you motivated to stick to your eating plan. A trainer or nutrition coach can also provide you with feedback and guidance to keep you on the right track.


If you’re new to eating healthy, we suggest committing to your new eating plan for at least 4 weeks. Committing for a set period of time allows you to get used to the changes you’ve made and allows you to create habits that you can hopefully stick to for the long term.
