We understand how difficult it is to exercise when you have children, so we make it super easy for you by making all our classes baby and child friendly and providing free childminding for those who need it. You can exercise with peace of mind knowing your children are happy by your side or in the safe hands of our caring childminders.

Aimed at the super busy mums, our personal training sessions are only 30 minutes long, but jam packed with loads of intensive exercise to maximise time and effort. Sessions are personally tailored to your goals and can be done online or at a location that suits you.
It’s easy to learn what we should eat but it’s another to actually do it. Having your very own nutrition coach will help you establish healthy eating patterns and make it a long-lasting habit. They will keep you accountable, so you can stay on track with your goals.
